    How do I place an order?

    Can I cancel my order?
    • Before shipment: Yes, orders can be cancelled free of charge. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone.
    • After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You may refuse delivery, but return shipping charges may apply.
    What is your return policy?

    You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
