How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, select your payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?
- Before shipment: Yes, orders can be cancelled free of charge. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone.
- After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You may refuse delivery, but return shipping charges may apply.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
